TLCH Owners and their Occupants and Guests are bound by the Governing Documents (Bylaws, Articles of Incorporation, Declarations, and Rules and Regulations) adopted your Boards of Directors. ​

TLCH Owners are responsible for complying with these Rules and Regulations.  Owners will be held responsible for the conduct and compliance to the Rules and Regulations of their Occupants and Guests.
