Emergency Guidance

This page is a list of appropriate points of contact that may be needed by our Residents from time to time, along with specific directives for certain circumstances. If there is a need to let the office know of a situation or circumstance, you can use the Contact Page of the website to get in touch with us.

  • In an emergency – Call 9 1 1

  • If you smell gas– Leave the home immediately and call 9 1 1

  • Fire – Call 9 1 1

  • Flood or Water Intrusion – Notify the Premier Association Management Office at 952-683-9400 as soon as possible.

  • Wind or Storm Damage – Major structural issues or intrusion of any kind. Notify the Premier Association Management Office at 952-683-9400 as soon as possible.

  • Major Roof Leaks – Notify the Premier Association Management Office at 952-683-9400 as soon as possible.

Non-emergency issues

  • No Electricity – Call Dakota Electric Association. 24 Hour Outage & Emergency: 651-463-6201 or 1-800-430-9722

  • No Natural Gas – Northern Natural Gas Company Toll-Free: (888) 367-6671 Local: (402) 398-7911

  • No Water – The Utilities Division has designated a customer service maintenance employee to deal directly with the residents of Eagan. During normal business hours (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday), call Utilities at 651-675-5200. For all off-hour emergencies, please dial 9-1-1. Dispatchers will make every attempt to contact the appropriate Public Works personnel.

If there is a vehicle blocking access to your unit, contact the Lakeville Police Department at 952-985-2800 to report it and notify the Premier Association Management Office at 952-683-9400 as soon as possible.

Always report all non-emergency and emergency items to Premier Association Managment by email office@premieram.com as soon as possible with all of the pertinent information. You may also use the contact form on the "Let's Talk" page.

Other Issues

  • Plumbing and/or Sewer issues such as a backup – Call the Plumber of your choice.

  • Issues with Contractors (i.e., – plowing/mowing/shoveling/trimming, etc.), please let the Premier Association Management Office know and provide details of the situation and photos if available.

  • Pest control issues of any kind – call an exterminator. This includes ants, mice, box elders, bats, squirrels, voles and moles, and all other pests.

If you notice issues with the lawn and trees in common areas or boulevards that you believe to be related to pests, fungus, or bugs, please promptly email the Premier Association Management office.
