Selling Your Home
Before you list your home for sale, please review the following...

Minnesota Real Estate Disclosure law & State Statute 515b requires the seller to provide a completed Common Interest Community Resale Disclosure Packet to any prospective purchaser. If you are planning to sell your home in the TLCH HOA, you will need to request a Resale Disclosure Packet from the HOA management office (It is best to have your realtor request the packet before your home is listed).
To obtain a completed Resale Disclosure Packet from the TLCH HOA:
-
Have the realtor send an email to (office@premieram.com) the TLCH HOA management company and submit an order for the disclosure packet.
-
A processing charge is assessed when your home is sold.
The Resale Disclosure Packet is a ‘package’ containing required relevant information for a prospective buyer (financials, budget, reserve study, and rules and regulations, etc.).
You are encouraged to request your Resale Disclosure Packets prior to listing your home for sale.

If you are selling your home, we ask that you also follow a few simple guidelines regarding the "For Sale" sign.

Please note that there is only one sign allowed for the advertisement of your home and must be the metal post-type of a sign. However, we do understand that if you have an open house that the officiating Realtor may have additional signs pointing to your home, but as a rule, these signs will be removed after the open house on the same day.

*No “For Rent” signs are allowed.

If you have any questions regarding this policy or for placing your sign, feel free to give us a call! Please, without exception, make sure your realtor gets in touch with the Management Office to order your Disclosure Packet prior to listing the home - ofice@premieram.com.
